Library for controlling Kasa switches, and a sample app.
## CLI usage & example
Assuming your `~/go/bin` is in `$PATH`:
1. `go get gitea.drjosh.dev/josh/plugctl/cmd/plugctl@latest`
2. `plugctl {on,off,state} --kasa-addr=(host:port)`
